Project Request Cycle
We use the term “project” to describe the creative service requests we undertake. Most projects involve more than one of the expert areas and creative services we provide.
When you work with our team, you can expect us to:
- Encourage you to identify your goals and gather background details before starting a project.
- Ask you to submit a Project Request to identify the project type, share your goals, select a delivery date, and provide images or content.
- Review all requests to ensure that it can be accomplished by the deadline and reach out to schedule an initial project meeting (if requested).
- Host a project planning meeting with our project manager and appropriate team members to share in-depth detail about your vision.
- Create excellent products or outcomes in alignment with your vision.
- Offer opportunities for revisions. Our project manager work with you to collect and implement any changes or additions.
- Make sure the final product meets your goals and help you place orders and/or showcase the product as needed.
