Turnaround Time

Two weeks’ notice is required for scheduling. We encourage you to reach out as early as possible to ensure availability, particularly for high-profile events.

Planning Considerations

To best prepare for your photography request, we’ll ask you to share a few key details when submitting:

• Subject and Purpose: What is being photographed and how will the images be used?
• Logistics: What is the date, time, and location? Are there key moments, individuals, or details that must be captured?
• Audience: Who is the intended audience for these photos?
• Deliverables: When do you need the final edited images?
• Additional Context: Any other details that would help our team prepare and deliver the best possible result. Shot lists are welcome.
