What We Can Help With

We support two primary areas of social media work:

• Content Creation — We develop posts, graphics, and multimedia content tailored to your unit’s voice, audience, and platform. From event promotions to program highlights, we craft content that engages and informs.
• Account Management — We help units maintain an active, consistent presence across social media platforms, ensuring content is posted strategically and in alignment with Illinois International’s broader communications goals.

Turnaround Time

Timelines vary depending on the scope of the request. For individual posts or content needs, we recommend at least five business days’ notice as we may have other content scheduled. For ongoing management or larger content initiatives, reach out as early as possible so we can plan accordingly.

Planning Considerations

To produce social media content that resonates with your audience, we’ll ask you to share a few key details when submitting a request:

• Platform — Which platform(s) is this content intended for? (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, etc.)
• Audience — Who are you trying to reach?
• Purpose — What should this content accomplish? (Promote an event, highlight a program, share a story, etc.)
• Assets — Do you have photos, graphics, or copy to provide, or will our team be developing these?
• Deadlines — When does the content need to be posted or ready for review?
• Additional Context — Any background, inspiration, or details that would help guide the content creation process.
