Turnaround Time

Five business days’ notice is required for event recording. Promotional and informational videos may take up to two months to complete depending on scope and filming requirements. We encourage you to reach out as early as possible so we can plan accordingly and deliver work that meets your vision.

Planning Considerations

To ensure we produce a video that resonates with your audience and meets your goals, we’ll ask you to share a few key details when submitting a request:

• Purpose and Audience: What is the video for, and who is it intended to reach? (Students, Faculty/Staff, Donors, Campus Leadership, Dignitaries, General Public, etc.)
• Tone: What feel should the video convey? (Formal, informal, motivational, educational)
• Length: Do you have a set duration in mind, or should the length be determined by the content?
• Script: Has a script already been produced, or will one need to be created?
• Deadlines: When do you need a first draft to review, and when is the final file needed?
• Additional Context: Any other details that would help guide the production process.
